How BidCompliance pricing works

Each credit on BidCompliance corresponds to one complete compliance analysis. You upload your RFP documents alongside your bid or proposal documents, and the system produces a detailed compliance matrix that maps every RFP requirement to the relevant sections of your bid. One credit covers the entire process from document upload through to the final report, regardless of how many individual requirements are found in the RFP.

Credits are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. There are no recurring fees and no commitments. You buy credits when you need them, and they remain in your account until you use them. This makes BidCompliance ideal for teams that respond to RFPs on an irregular schedule, whether that is once a month or once a quarter. You only pay for what you actually use.

The pricing tier you choose determines the maximum document size your analysis can handle. If your RFP and bid documents are relatively short, the Small tier will work well. For larger government or enterprise bids with hundreds of pages, you will want the Large or Enterprise tier. Credits are only deducted when your analysis completes successfully, so if anything goes wrong during processing, you are not charged and can simply try again.

Frequently Asked Questions

What counts as a page?

A page is a standard letter-size page in your PDF or Word document. The system counts pages automatically when you upload.

What if my documents exceed the tier limits?

You'll need to purchase a higher tier credit. For example, if your bid has 150 pages, you need a Medium or higher credit.

When is the credit deducted?

The credit is deducted only when your analysis successfully completes. If there's an error, your credit is not used.

Can I use a higher tier credit for smaller documents?

Yes, you can use any credit for documents within its limits. A Large credit can analyze small documents too.

What is included in the compliance matrix report?

The compliance matrix maps every requirement from your RFP to specific sections and citations in your bid documents. Each requirement is evaluated for compliance status, and the report includes direct quotes and page references so you can verify the findings yourself.

How is BidCompliance different from manual compliance checking?

Manual compliance checking typically takes hours or days of side-by-side document comparison. BidCompliance automates this process using AI, delivering a structured compliance matrix in minutes rather than days. It also reduces human error by systematically checking every requirement rather than relying on a reviewer to catch each one.

Can I run multiple analyses with different bid versions?

Absolutely. Each analysis is independent, so you can upload revised bid documents and run a new compliance check as many times as you need. This is useful for iterating on your proposal before final submission to ensure you have addressed every RFP requirement.

Is there a subscription option?

Currently, BidCompliance uses a simple pay-per-analysis credit model with no recurring subscription. You buy credits when you need them, and they never expire. We may introduce subscription plans with volume discounts in the future for teams that run analyses regularly.

What happens if my analysis fails?

If an analysis fails due to a system error, your credit is not deducted. You can simply re-upload your documents and try again at no cost. If the issue persists, our support team will investigate and help resolve it.
